1. Full Refund — 14+ Days Before Your Reservation

If you notify us at least 14 days before your reservation date, we'll issue a full refund of what you've paid us, including your deposit. Just contact us with your reservation details and we'll take care of it.

2. Cancellations Within 14 Days

Because we reserve a specific vehicle and chauffeur for your date and turn away other bookings, cancellations made less than 14 days before your reservation may not be eligible for a full refund. Contact us as soon as you can — we review every situation individually and will always try to help, including offering to reschedule when possible.

3. Reschedules

Plans change. Where availability allows, we're glad to move your reservation to another date instead of cancelling. Reach out early; rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability and any rate difference for the new date.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

• Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
• Once approved, we process refunds promptly; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider.
• Third-party fees charged by payment processors, where applicable, may not be recoverable.

5. Weather & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

If a trip can't safely go ahead due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we'll work with you to reschedule or find a fair resolution. See our Disclaimer for details.

6. No-Shows & Early Endings

No-shows without notice are not eligible for a refund. If a trip is ended early due to passenger conduct that violates our Terms & Conditions, remaining time is not refundable.
