The Terms Behind Your Ride
Last updated: June 27, 2026
Welcome to Party Bus Transport LA. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the party bus and transportation services we provide in and around Los Angeles. By making a reservation, submitting an inquiry, or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you're booking for a group, you accept these Terms on behalf of every passenger in your party.
We're a real, licensed California TCP carrier — and clear expectations keep your party bus rental Los Angeles experience smooth from pickup to last stop. Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Who We Are
Party Bus Transport LA operates licensed party bus and group transportation services in the Los Angeles area. We own and operate our fleet with professional chauffeurs. You can review the experiences we offer on our party bus services page and published rates on our pricing page.
2. Reservations & Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and any required deposit is received. Quoted rates, vehicle availability, and routing are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed. Hourly rates and package prices depend on vehicle size, date, duration, route, and season.
3. Deposits, Payments & Pricing
- A deposit is typically required to reserve your date and vehicle.
- The remaining balance is due by the date stated in your confirmation.
- Quoted prices may exclude gratuity, tolls, parking, permits, and cleaning fees unless stated; your confirmation specifies what's included.
- Overtime beyond your booked hours, if available, is billed at the agreed hourly rate.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and changes are governed by our Refund Policy, which explains deposit handling and timing in detail. In short: contact us at least two weeks before your reservation for a full refund.
5. Passenger Responsibilities & Conduct
- Passengers must follow all laws and the lawful instructions of the chauffeur.
- The person who books is responsible for the group's conduct and for any damage to the vehicle.
- Accurate passenger counts and pickup details must be provided at booking; capacity limits are strict for safety.
- Seatbelts and safety equipment must be used as required.
Alcohol & conduct: Alcohol is permitted only for passengers 21 and older, where lawful, and never for the chauffeur. No illegal substances, no smoking where prohibited, and no unsafe behavior. Service may be ended without refund for conduct that endangers passengers, the chauffeur, or the public, or that violates the law.
6. Damage, Cleaning & Lost Items
Excessive cleaning (for example, from spills or sickness) and any damage to the vehicle or its equipment may incur additional charges to the booking party, as outlined in your confirmation. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle but will make reasonable efforts to help return them.
7. Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or acts of authorities. In the rare event of a vehicle issue, we'll make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable replacement or a fair resolution.
8. Assumption of Risk
Group transportation and related activities carry inherent risks. By riding with us, passengers voluntarily assume those risks and agree to follow all safety instructions from the chauffeur.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Party Bus Transport LA's total liability arising out of or relating to your reservation is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website that we own — text, design, logos, and images — is the property of Party Bus Transport LA and may not be reused without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
